LA CUCINA MILANESE
June 30 – July 1, 2008 Milan, Italy Gruppo Ristoratori Italiani (GRI) is pleased to announce a focused workshop for restaurant professionals on La Cucina Milanese, organized by the City of Milan in conjunction with ARDI & EPAM. The interactive workshop will explore the tradition, the creativity and the regional products that constitute the principal ingredients in Milanese cooking.
The two day event will include cooking demonstrations and interactive
cooking lessons done by some of Lombardy’s –and Italy’s
- top chefs, including Gualtiero Marchesi, Carlo Cracco and Claudio
